I am responsible for, but not limited to: • Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of Oprent development.• Planning and defining scope of Oprent's versions and milestones; identifying and prioritizing development initiatives.• Planning and managing schedules and time estimation by milestones/versions in accordance with the company’s business strategy and technical possibility.• Creating clear and attainable project objectives for the team to understand.• Work closely with the Founder and development team to come up with roadmaps and execute them in time.• Work closely with the Founder to ensure timeline and budget are in tact with technical development.• Produce detailed and high-level quality documentation of development, roadmaps and user journey/flow.• Provide Team Leadership, Motivation and Management in an innovative, fast-paced environment.• Managing communication, team, and risk.• Ensure that the workflow reflects the company needs and consistency among features.• Provide help in the recruitment, training, retention and organization of development staff.• Monitoring and ensure that all team members represent the company in the best light.• Evaluate and identify appropriate technologies to implement product features.• Explain the technical trade-offs of different approaches, including estimating how long each will take to build.• Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Evaluate and identify appropriate technologies to implement product features with CTO.

Define the product strategy and roadmap for Oprent’s core talent acquisition software applicationsDevelop and champion the product vision, strategy, definition, and roadmap for a product area in support of business goals, end user needs, competitive solutions, industry standards, and emerging technologies.Oversee the ongoing development, refinement and launching of highest-quality mobile/social recruitment and assessment software products for tablet and mobile devices.Collaborate with the business, design, and engineering teams during discovery to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features.Specify, prioritize, and communicate high level and detailed product specifications using written specifications, business rules, flow, and use cases as well as user experience generated deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes, and design and copy documents.Work closely with design, engineering, projected management, and QA during the product development process to ensure the successful launch of apps meeting business needs.Review customer and market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.Define, track and improve key product metrics.Define and develop the core positioning and messaging for each software product.Oversee product price setting and technical sales force training to ensure Oprent’s mobile applications reach the intended market.Serve as a technology leader within the company.Provide development, engineering and technical direction through initiatives aimed at developing and implementing Oprent's applications and technologies.
