On May 2017 I started my own business by opening a RE/MAX office in Santiago, Chile, where I continue studying to improve my sales, negotiation and leadership skills. Our mission is to generate a productive work environment, motivating and achievement oriented.Within the framework of the MSc Information Systems Management program (University of Sheffield, England, 2016), I gained knowledge in HR Management, Operations Management, IT Project Management, Change Management and Strategic Planning.I consider myself committed to my work, I seek to achieve demanding performance levels setting clear and challenging goals.
