- lobbied hard for a radical shift in how the software is delivered, in turn architecting and implementing an optimized embedded firmware (~40MB) to replace Ubuntu packages (>2GB)
- architected and implemented a licensing system to improve product monetization rates
- took over and automated release engineering, added multi-component build testing
- took over and revamped the quarterly customer and employee training: a three-day combination of lecture and hands-on workshop
- authored "Getting Started with OpenBTS" published by O'Reilly Media
