- Participated and subsequently in charge of testkey development. Conceptualised and developed a TCL based layout tool for translating MS Excel-based schematics to gds.- Participated in standard cell library development for tsmc 40nm.- IO library development, majority being Analog IO. 110/65/55/40/28/16/14/10 nm TSMC/UMC/GF- Top integrator/various baseband/RF/test structure layout. 110/65/55/40/28/14/7/5/4 nm TSMC/UMC/GF- Frontend buffer/RF synthesizer, 16 Gbps. 4nm TSMC - POR. 5nm TSMC- InFO. 7nm TSMC- Floorplanning in advanced nodes processes are largely limited by device density which Calibre rules struggle to idenitfy. Conceptualised and developed a MS Excel spreadsheet that effectively calculates local density and also proactively suggest device spacing for silicon optimisation.- High speed layout at advanced nodes are very challenging. Developed a CAD ecosystem within the virtuoso environment that enables fast and precise prototyping of high speed connectivity. Replicates 16 Gbps connectivity with minimal effort.
