I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Prof. Garret Moddel in the ECEE department at University of Colorado Boulder. Before joining this position, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Playwave Lab at Kyungpook National University, South Korea where my research focus was on the design and optimization of nanoantenna-integrated CMOS tunnel diode devices and investigating their tunneling mechanism. I finished my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in February 2023 from the University of Ulsan, South Korea. My current research topic includes zero-point energy harvesting from MIM tunnel diodes. During my Ph.D., I worked specifically on these topics- - Design of Intelligent Reflective Surface (IRS) and Meta-surfaces for efficient wave reflection. - Design and optimization of Nanoantenna integrated MOS diodes for energy harvesting.Besides software-based EM design and verification skills, I have more than three years of working experience on thin film fabrication and characterization at different cleanroom facilities in South Korea and USA, which includes Photo (stepper & contact) and E-beam lithography, E-Beam and Thermal Evapoations, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), DC and RF Sputtering, and Dry and Wet Etching. I have previous teaching experience as a lecturer and teaching assistant at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). I am a team player and can work hard to adapt with new challenges and tasks.
