I worked on creating the appropriate scenario to implement successfully agile methodologies, and extend it to other teams inside the organization.My team and I always were looking for ways to improve our delivered quality and we made client satisfaction our highest priority.We worked creating spaces and opportunities to improve our quality, organizing internal open spaces and coding dojos, and spreading our passion about software development.

As software analyst I worked on developing solutions, mostly on .Net for Windows, Web and Service oriented architectures.As Developer advisor I worked on extending good programming practices across the organization and inside our team. This ended up on leading the development of a SOA based ERP and managing the project with Scrum, also teaching our client in agile methodologies.

I worked on analyzing and creating data visualizations, developing on SQL Server and Reporting Services platform, of a very large database.

I worked with a team developing and improving a full ERP software solution. Developed in Delphi it was used daily by more than 100 clients on a wide variety of markets.Also I worked within the HelpDesk team supporting our clients a resolving issues with the software.
