At Nomow, I led marketing initiatives for three distinct companies: Nomow Artificial Grass, Artificialgrass-direct.com, and Artificial Grass London. I was responsible for managing a substantial annual marketing budget and overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation and tracking. My role included setting up, implementing, and training staff on the CRM system; setting up, and then managing of, successful affiliate marketing; and automating marketing processes using Zapier to integrate Google Sheets, MailChimp, CRM, and email systems. I created marketing automations for website ‘exit intent’ overlays which improved CRO. Additionally, I spearheaded the launch of three new websites. Other duties encompassed management of external agencies for SEO and PPC, creation of and management of a samples system, selling products on Amazon, providing sales support, managing inventory, and overseeing retail sales in Homebase, Sainsbury's, and Buildbase.

Macclesfield

At Metro Rod, I was responsible for a wide variety of activities. Key responsibilities included organizing and implementing the national budget and quarterly campaigns, overseeing SEO and PPC, maintaining CMS/website, and sourcing national suppliers. I facilitated franchise marketing, providing training, managing PDF redesigns, and leading the Marketing Committee and regional meetings. Additional roles included organizing annual conferences and events, editing the newsletter, and directing franchise sales marketing efforts.

Wrexham

I have worked at Flowfront in a variety of roles. When working with the marketing manager I was involved in sending out mail and e-mail shots, newsletter, web management and lead generation. Whilst working on my own I covered four main activities, these include; implementing a text messaging system, organising the company’s database, recommending and implementing SEO tactics and modernising the company’s sales lead generation.

I have worked as a sales assistant at one of the UK's largest sports outlets. The job involved warehouse organisation, but primarily it included testing semi-professional athletes and advising them on their sportswear purchases.

I worked as a Marketing and Sales Representative in direct marketing with clients. The direct marketing was face-to-face marketing with people from selected houses in certain areas. After securing the sale I then conducted a full technical survey of the house based on its energy efficiency. In this role I gained a lot of experience in customer service and in selling products.

HawardenAssisted the chef and touched upon the basics of purchasing the products from wholesalers. I also worked as part of a close team within the kitchen's organisational structure.

As well as general labouring, I was also responsible for re-organising the layout to improve the efficiency of the warehouse.
