I am an adventurous and determined person with passion for growing, developing and challenging myself all the time. I am capable of seeing positive possibilities in almost any situation and I never hesitate in taking the opportunity to learn something new. I have through the years developed many different skills: all from cooking to service, management, organization, creation of numerous events, art projects, yoga, dance etc. I practice traditional Hatha yoga and during the last 6 years as a teacher and facilitator have found my own practice. Yoga for me is more than the physical exercises (asanas) and follows closely with the philosophy of how to navigate in one's body, mind and life in small and large details. This journey has put focus on my own development. I have gained a new understanding of energy and healing, spirituality, natural medicine, eating habits, the home environment and surroundings, relationships and many other directions which became a large part of increased well-being in body, mind and soul. Last spring I went back to India and took an education in Yoga Therapy which gave me even more insight into anatomy, physiology, personal treatment plans and understanding of facilitating healing at all levels. Now I am on my way to integrating it all together and would like you as an active participant in this.
