Planning and conducting operational, process and quality internal audits; documenting audits and reporting results.

Manage and solve clients complains and requests, provide consultations about services provided to clients, participate in implementation of new solutions, products and services for clients, act as single point of contact for clients.Major achievements:* In 2010/2011 developed customer questionnaire chapter about customer service; * In 2009 implemented client requests handling process and registration system accordingly to client service concept. Clients noted improvements of client service and support at the year-end client questionnaire.

Organizing team’s work and motivating them, representing team to others, consulting other colleagues, solving problems, keeping divisions’ instructions, procedures and other quality materials up-to-date, improving and optimizing work of all team, inventing new solutions for delivering our products and services more effectively.Major achievements:* In 2008 nature-friendly project in Data Processing Division- 2/3 of our clients- banks- agreed to receive reports only electronically (until then we prepared reports both in paper and electronically). After implementation of project, team saved approximately 700 pages of paper and 1.5 working hours each day;* In June 2007 became a Supervisor of Data Processing Division and at the same time had to find suitable candidates to fill two vacancies in my division; it took few months till our team was working as well as the previous one.

Controlling data accordance starting from the moment of authorization till they are processed, creating reports (bout using system tolls as well as writing SQL scripts), consulting merchants and colleagues, finding best solutions for solving merchants’ problem.
