Recruitment for manufacturing, warehouses, logistics and ect.- Sourcing potential candidates, evaluating applications and resumes, interviews via phone and face-to-face with potential candidates;- Conduct regular follow-up with Recruitment Team Lead to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;- Prepare candidates for Client-side interviews;- Follow-up with Candidates during the selection process and provide feedback when process ends;- Create ideas for job descriptions according to situation;- Execute tasks and seek for the best results.

- Recruitment tasks (job ads, interviews, ensuring background and reference checks, preparing new employee files and etc...)- Administrative tasks (managing personal files, arranging medical follow-ups, dealing with resignation/dismissals etc…)- The general functional areas of responsibility include: ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope, managing the relationship with the client, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors etc...

- General administrative tasks (recruitment, managing personal files, arranging medical follow-ups, supporting training, dealing with resignation/dismissals etc…)- Occupational health and safety supervision- Occupational health and safety management system installation and monitoring (OHSAS 18001) - HR projects management, customisation and maintenance- The general functional areas of responsibility include: employee relations, employment law compliance, HR policy administration, record retention, employee benefits, and compensation.

- Coordinate all employment life-cycle documents;- Maintain and keep up to date HR database- Coordinate candidate selection and recruitment processes- Partly supervise health and safety documentation- Administrate HR policies, procedures and forms

- Implementation and monitoring the company and client safety plan- Review safety plans and make recommendations to client for approval- Preparing action plans for reported safety deficiencies- H&S trainings for clients- Monitoring changes in law
