As a part of a 2-person team in a start-up I am owning projects and supporting my leader with all the areas of P&C. Since my start I have refined P&C processes and automatized document management. I am also excited to own on-boarding programs and support my leader in employee global mobility. My other day to day tasks involve people data management, recruitment coordination, devising HR policies, workshop planning, employee well-being.

Additionally to my studies and other job responsibilities, I worked as a free-lance instructional designer, developing engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline. The projects improved my research skills and contributed to my agility in working in international environments.

As a part of pan-Baltic team I worked both in People Experience and Leadership & Development teams. My daily work tasks consisted of employee data management in HR and LMS systems, Learning report creation and administration. Furthermore, I was an active part in a new HR system implementation. I also became skilled in Articulate 360, creating and devising learning for employees.

Riga, Latvia

I supported my leader in establishing the KPMG L&D Center of Excellence for 8 countries (Baltic countries, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Denmark). I owned training digitization projects, which involved communication with facilitators, collection of post training data, implementation of improvements to our offered learning. The environment was in a truly international, where I learned stakeholder management, developed project management skills and taught me to be agile.

Riga, Latvia

In this role I owned all training related projects and supported HR team with more general People & Culture projects. My work tasks involved annual training planning based on the evaluation of employee needs, training budget management, training event coordination. As part of the HR team I was involved in recruitment, planning events, restructuring and digitizing employee documents, and HR reporting.In this role I became a proficient user of Microsoft suite and Learning Management Systems.

Latvia

In the role I managed 5 coffee shops and around 25 employees. I was responsible for meeting the financial goals for cafes, as well as supported the opening of a cafe. Furthermore, I was leading the recruitment of our baristas, time scheduling and employee well-being. This role taught me leadership and conflict management skills.
