From the first day growth, community building and employee satisfaction is my main focus. As an HR specialist I am responsible for employees’ life cycle:- Talent attraction and recruitment;- Onboarding (created and implemented a process to help a newcomer feel and work better from the very beginning); - Development (collaborating with other managers to ensure employees development through external training, goal setting and coaching. Pushing them and fostering growth mindset.)- Talent retention (Building warm culture where everyone feels welcomed and going to work is a pleasure. Gathering needs of employees to know what is missing in their work life and ensuring it is fulfilled. Working with other managers creating culture of ownership for employees, were they are challenged to think out of the box when creating solutions and encouraged to speak up when they see potential problems. It is done not only inside projects scope. Finding what motivates employees and searching ways to fulfill it.)- Retire (gathering final feedback for all company activities through exit interview. Ensuring that employee is leaving with open door from both sides.) During the years, my additional responsibilities are also related with:- Budgeting (compose and maintain HR budget)- Consulting managers (questions related to leadership, HR processes, community, team building, etc.)- Administrating documents (employment contracts, etc.)
