• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects in SABIC & ARAMCO.• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications, EHSS, and sub-contractor/vendor.• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to stake holders.• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team as and when required.• Cooperate and communicate effectively with engineers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

• Participate in Construction KOM.• Review/Approve Red-marked up and As-Built package submitted by Contractor.• Coordinate with contractor for their QA/QC Plan, QA/QC Engineer resume, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Safety & Quality Procedure, QC Dossier, etc. and forward to QA/QC Engineer/Inspector for review and approval.• Assist in preparing ITB, when required.• Review ITP.• Review and approve Construction Schedule.• All coordination with Affiliate Departments (Safety, Reporting, Quality Control and Schedule etc.)• Coordination with requesting / owner Department to ensure safe working conditions for fieldwork and obtain necessary utilities.• To ensure safety compliance by the contractor working at site.• Forward Request for Inspection to the QA/QC Senior Manager or hid designate at least 24 hours prior to plan inspection.• Provide consultation if required, to participate in preparation & review of job safety analysis, and lifting plan.• Participate in conducted audits, incidents investigation.• Ask contractor to submit weekly, biweekly look-ahead schedule for on-going activities.• Review / approve weekly and monthly reports.• Ask contactor to start the As-Built partially during construction stage.• Review and approve CMS.• Ensure that JSA from contractor reviewed and approved by ISS&E Department.• Closed NCR within 5 working days.• Participate in walk through to collect Punch List Items.• Participate in PSER.• Assist to clear out all the Punch “A” items.• Assist Affiliate’s Operation Department during commissioning as per contract agreement.• Collect from the contractor the Pre-Commissioning activities manual and discuss in advance with Pre-Commissioning Leader and related parties.• Monitor the Pre-Commissioning activities along with concerned parties.• Participate in FAT and SAT.• Daily basis monitoring the construction activity as per approved schedule & update Planning Engineer. For any delays immediately, inform to Sr. Manager.
