• Processing clients payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly basis.

• Error checking and verifying expense claims forms and validating hours worked within a calendar month.• Sorting out the incoming post to the relevant departments within the company.• Dealing with incoming calls and assisting clients with their queries.

• Collecting employees’ clock-in cards and processing them into the payroll system on a weekly basis• Writing up money received from customers and money going out to suppliers on a daily basis.• Processing payments to suppliers via BACS and writing up cheques.

• Completing and submitting forms P14 and P35 in accordance with the end of year Pay As You Earn return. Also completing and submitting form P45 on an occasional basis.• Inputting the company’s purchase and sales invoices to complete form VAT100 on a quarterly basis as part of Value Added Tax.• Book-keeping the company’s accounts.

• Inputting clients’ company invoices and sales to complete form VAT100 on a quarterly basis as part of Value Added Tax.• Processing weekly and monthly wages on a regular basis including experience in completing forms P14, P35, P45, P46, P60, CIS4, CIS5, CIS6 and CIS36. Also setting up new client companies on the payroll system with H. M. Revenue and Customs, including online filing.• Obtaining written journals and processing to produce final accounts for numerous clients.• Inputting and completing Self Assessments Income Tax return forms for the individual clients, including obtaining information on dividends and interest.• Completing partnership Income Tax return forms for numerous clients.• Correspondence with clients on a regular basis either in writing, by telephone or even sending an email.• Corresponding with H. M. Revenue and Customs on a regular basis enquiring and providing information on a number of fields.
