I work since 1997. During those years I have developed myself from software developer to account and project manager and a number of years worked as head of a department. My current position is programmanager innovation by government. Besides my full time job, I have a family with two children, I like to sport, I dance salsa and I spent much time on my self study. In 2007, I past the exam IPMA-D by CITO and I became a IPMA certified project manager. Since 2002 I work with great pleasure at Rijkswaterstaat, Ministry of Transport and since then have successfully fulfilled various positions: department head, project manager, product manager and account manager. During my work I have taken the initiative to a guide a trainees from the government trainee programm. Besides my primary work, I have actively participated in several government-wide public relations activities such as exhibitions, panel sessions and interviews in various newspapers (the last interview was published in October 2009 in SPITS). The purpose of these activities was to bring the young, smart and creative people within the government. My career (in addition to impressive careers of my 49 colleagues RWS) is included in the book of Rijkswaterstaat "People are crucial" (2008). My character can be characterized as creative, driven, disciplined, professional, autonomous, social, pioneering, performance and results oriented with a strong sense of quality and appearance.
