On 1 April 2016 I became a Partner at Trowers and Hamlins, remaining within the Travel and Insurance team, following the merger with Stones Solicitors LLP on 1 October 2015.My specialist practice areas include insurance litigation, subrogation, claimant and defendant personal injury mainly large and complex loss matters and severe injury cases. I have a particular interest in travel and tourism law and pet/animal liability cases.I also sit on the firm's religion and belief sub-committee and was part of the development committee of the firm's 'Pathway to Partnership' training programme which is a two year course providing the firm's aspiring partners a range of skills to help them thrive on promotion to partnership.We were pleased to have been voted Legal Services Provider of the Year by the International Travel Insurance Journal at their awards in Athens, in November 2015Legal 500 2024 notes the team as: 'A highly experienced and knowledgeable team, made all the more so by its knowledge sharing. It is also very client-led and puts the client front and centre.’

Following the merger of Stones Solicitors with Trowers and Hamlins on 1 October, the travel and insurance team is now part of Trowers litigation department.

On 1 November 2013 I became a Partner at Stones Solicitors LLP.I continue to handle a caseload of Claimant and Defendant personal injury cases arising out of accidents abroad and in the UK. I featured in the 2014 edition of Chambers as a notable individual.

I applied to become and was successfully promoted to an Associate in November 2011, as part of the first intake in the firm's Associate Development Programme (ADP). The ADP provides bespoke training in work specific areas such as leadership and management, finance and accounting, marketing and strategy.

Upon qualification, I joined the Travel, Tourism and Insurance team as an Assistant Solicitor, handling my own caseload of in excess of 150 files, dealing with both Claimant and Defendant work.

I joined Stones as a trainee in 2007 having completed the LPC in June 2007, undertaking seats in Commercial Property, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation and Travel, Tourism and Insurance
