CurrentOn 1 April 2016 I became a Partner at Trowers and Hamlins, remaining within the Travel and Insurance team, following the merger with Stones Solicitors LLP on 1 October 2015.My specialist practice areas include insurance litigation, subrogation, claimant and defendant personal injury mainly large and complex loss matters and severe injury cases. I have a particular interest in travel and tourism law and pet/animal liability cases.I also sit on the firm's religion and belief sub-committee and was part of the development committee of the firm's 'Pathway to Partnership' training programme which is a two year course providing the firm's aspiring partners a range of skills to help them thrive on promotion to partnership.We were pleased to have been voted Legal Services Provider of the Year by the International Travel Insurance Journal at their awards in Athens, in November 2015Legal 500 2024 notes the team as: 'A highly experienced and knowledgeable team, made all the more so by its knowledge sharing.
