Logistics• Work closely with 3PL partner to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of our wholesale, retail and E-commerce orders.• Manage inventory, allocate orders, and process shipments for wholesale, retail and E-commerce.• Oversee all incoming EDI POs and work closely with sales team and customer to ensure they are processed correctly.• Ensure all Wholesale shipments are processed in compliance with customer’s routing guides in order to avoid chargebacks.• Create and manage all production POs to ensure accurate communication with HQ.• Manage incoming shipments and shipping methods in order to ensure timely deliveries to warehouse and customer. • Closely monitor and quickly resolve any inter-departmental issues with the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Operations• Spearhead process improvements to the ERP system for all business functions• Prepare for each seasons sales cycle, including: UPC creation, master price list, style cancellations/adjustments for Wholesale ERP, Retail POS and wholesale POS. • Create sales and inventory report to be used by management • Oversee customer service for wholesale, retail and E-commerce
