A successful General and Operational Change Manager with a record of business achievements in Manufacturing, Operations and Retail Supply, IT, Logistics and Utility businesses.Initially trained and operated as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing and operations where core skills and activities focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction where significant cost savings and increased business performances were achieved.Supported by a Master’s Degree in Business Management specialising in Change Management, Business Transformation, Finance, Strategic Management and Leadership Senior and Executive roles in Operations and General Management were further undertaken. Roles chosen and undertaken were predominately in companies seeking significant change, often from someone outside of their existing industry and without pre-set views to drive the outcomes required. My achievements in these roles reflects my ability to move between industries, drawing on skills and experience gained to lead and drive the often difficult changes required to underpin increased business performance and financial returns. My on-going goal is to continue working in similar roles driving significant change and business outcomes with increased returns.
