I was responsible for the overall management of exploration at White Mountain Gold Mine, Eastern Dragon Gold & Silver Mine and the surrounding exploration tenements. Starting from all aspects of technical and corporation management of the exploration subsidiaries of Eldorado Gold Corporation in Northeastern China, and then take over the minesite.

Gold exploration in Maoling project, Liaoning Province, China. I was responsible for the on-site project daily management and mineral exploration included all geological exploration programs like mapping, sampling, drill hole design, orientated drilling, drilling supervision, drill core logging, sample preparation, assay and QA/QC, mineralization.

Gold Exploration in Dayetang Gold Project at Huaihua City in Hunan Province, China. During the period, I was in the role of Vice General Manager for the JV company, responsible to the overal government relations, permitting, field exploration program, and coporation management. I also completed the project investigation and assesment in China.

I was one of the key people assisting the management on one of the earilest foreign invested, international standard incline drilling program. I was involved with the systematic exploration programs including drilling supervision, drill core logging, field mapping and sampling, underground mapping.
