•Ensuring product availability, visibility and accessibility in all outlets in assigned sales territory.•Establishing coverage plans and developing route and journey plans for distributors,ensuring compliance • Raise and create order for distributor and ensure timely delivery of the product. •Ensuring Perfect execution across all outlet in line with company's PICOS. •Follow up with Merchandiser for proper visibility,bold price communication on the Shelf. •Ensuring all primary and secondary display unit are free for dust and positioned in the right space for easy contact with the shoppers. • Ensuring early communication and activation of Promotions going on across all outlet. •Ensuring daily calls are in line with company's step of calls. •Protecting and upholding company's Principles and Policies. •Presentation of weekly activities and sales figure during weekly review with plans to cover gap. •Follow up on PO's supplies,payment and reconciliation of account. •Periodic reporting of competitors pricing and activities.

●Ensuring product availability,visibility,and accessibility in all outlet within the geographic areas. ●Establishing coverage plans and developing route and journey plans for distributors,ensuring compliance and implementation in line with field sales plans for the assigned territory. ●Communicating cycle objectives to all operational field sales force promptly and managing the relationship between the Retailers and Wholesalers. ●Overseeing the activities of all the field force and Ensuring all sales force meets their target. ●Ensuring 100% coverage and data integrity. ● Improvement on Numeric distribution to achieve a higher market share against competitive brands. ● Protecting and upholding the Company's Principles and Policies. ●Coaching,motivating and developing the sales force by conducting regular field coaching to identify their training needs and address them with their performance. ● Following up on distributors orders and ensuring timely communication of out of stock statistics.

▪️Taking full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staffs, production and quality targets to ensure smooth running of production processes.▪️Managing the quality and the product produced during a shift in line with company quality systems, processes and procedures.▪️Monitoring,measuring, and reporting on production related process performance to ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of the staff.▪️Ensuring that Health and Safety rules and regulation are adhered to, during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with in line with company’s health and safety policy.▪️Coordinating problem solving and troubleshooting skills, to ensure that all team members can identify root cause using RCFA and take fast effective action to resolve the problem.

▪️Ensuring equipment avalaibility for production as per maintenance schedule in line with production schedule.▪️Set target for quality equipment and maintenance that guaranteed food safety.▪️Monitor equipment as per check list on all stipulated machines, document findings and recommend actions to be taken through the maintenance report form.▪️Lubricate all machines as specified in the lubrication chart and update lubrication documents.▪️Ensure all safety sensors,reflectors and safety controls are in good working condition.▪️Carry out preventive maintenance and TEAmaintenance as required in the maintenance SOP.
