Over the last few years, my role has developed and split into two covering the two main programmes currently operating within the team.Programme One: I developed, implemented and adapted the Agile Gantt Chart based project which aims to allocate £6million to organisations in London in pots of £20k across 4 years. I’m managing the project from a managerial, operational and supportive aspect, ensuring due diligence is followed and guidelines set by the U.K. governing body and European Union are met. At present, I’ve managed & audited over 60 projects and have awarded over 250 organisations.Programme Two: I successfully coordinated over 20 training courses and employer/client engagements, as well as designed the marketing material necessary for the target audience. Managed and up-skilled 100’s of clients as they transition from unemployment to being employed.

PDT Employment won two large employment contracts worth almost £2 million. The nature of both contracts were to support long-term unemployed people into work, training or volunteering. As Project/Office Administrator my responsibilities were varied and not limited to; - Ensuring standards and criteria are met according to the guidelines set by the European Social Fund, London Councils and Big Lottery. - Supporting the employment advisers with the back-end of their outreach work- Communicating with clients regarding upcoming opportunities and appointments. - Managing the account of an internal partner, ensuring their work meets the standards in order to release payments.- Handling finances for clients - Creating and maintaining the Pan-London signpost directory- Managing the in-house work placements and volunteering scheme.

Started an internal staff newsletter which integrates the numerous offices together, allowing everyone to be aware of the different things that are happening. Also, working alongside my supervisor, I have helped managed a project funded by Westminster Adult Education Services which ran free courses for the local community during the summer.
