👩🏾 Star Girls Africa is a student-run initiative focused on creating an inclusive community where young African girls feel empowered, inspired, and confident to become future leaders in STEAM (Science, Technology, Arts & Mathematics). Our summer program's maiden edition trained over 70 African girls to become future leaders in STEAM. - Conducted extensive research to develop a problem-centered curriculum for our four summer course offerings. Students are exploring different ways to apply their newly learned STEAM skills to build projects that positively impact the African continent. - Managed the recruitment of experienced course facilitators and collaborated with them to design engaging lesson activities. - Facilitated important partnerships & relationships and also secured grants from organizations like the African Leadership Academy to help us support more African girls to pursue STEAM.

- Produce scholarly presentation designs and articles about digital literacy and safety issues in Indonesia & Nigeria to public audiences in English & Bahasa Indonesia. - Design social media posts aimed at creating awareness on digital literacy and security tips to the Indonesian audience.- Shadow Programs, Operations and Marketing departments to gain understanding of general non-profit operations.

Oban Market is a digital platform that offers a price comparison service and features of the largest institutions in the insurance and financial products market. Website - https://oban.market/- Created Oban Ambassadors Program which focused on recruiting representatives that raise awareness about Oban Credit's financial services to the general Nigerian population. - Managed a team of 10 sales representatives and designed an outreach strategy that allowed us successfully register over 4000 users on our app waitlist.

- ALCG works to aid in the growth of small to medium-size businesses on the African continent through top-notch consulting.- Managed a team of 20+ consultants across 7+ different departments.- Redesigned organizational structure and implemented strategies necessary to scale our impact.- Website: https://www.alcg.co.za/

- The Pioneer Research Program is a virtual research institute for outstanding high school students worldwide. It offers STEM, social sciences and humanities disciplines. - I was awarded a full scholarship to study under the Intro to Electronics, Robotics & Microcontrollers Research Concentration for 5 weeks. I also worked with Prof. Carlotta Berry from The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where I wrote a 28-page technical report on building an IoT Health Monitoring System.- Received an A grade (92/100).

The Inclusive Culture is an inclusion consultancy that helps organizations achieve their diversity, inclusion, and business goals through effective employee networks/employee resource groups.- Assisted with brainstorming marketing strategies for 2021 & translating these strategies into content calendars. - Designed marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, etc using Canva- Edited audio and videos to be posted on media platforms- Engaged in conducting the research needed to help plan out outreach activities for the year- Crafted and designed email templates used for subscribers on ActiveCampaign to further our marketing activities.

- Led 2 other team members to pitch app aimed at providing access to resources and support centers for victims of gender-based violence in Nigeria.- Coded and designed cross-platform application using Thunkable X during the one-week hackathon.- Developed a comprehensive 5-year marketing strategy and business plan.- Facilitated partnership with executives of the Nigerian chapter of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association (MWFAA) for team sponsorship.- Our team placed 4th/100+ teams nationwide.

- Team Nigeria placed 1st out of 179 teams for the Sofia Kovalevskaya Award for International Journey.- Assigned roles to four other members of the team and co-ordinated most virtual team meetings which furthered our rankings to top 20 out of 179 teams from other countries. - Brainstormed, wrote and edited content for 25 social media & technical challenges.- Designed social media posts using Canva & Adobe Photoshop.- Organized and planned webinar to raise awareness about gender-based violence and stereotypes with attendees from 5+ countries as part of our community service projects. - Published two articles to spread awareness about FIRST Global and our team's achievements. - Managed Instagram & Twitter accounts and ensured an increase in followers by 50%.- Designed robot which opens doors for people to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus using Inventor Pro 2017 (CAD software). Robot design was selected to be featured in FIRST Global's email newsletter with worldwide audience.

- Selected along with 5 others, from 200+ people at national tryouts. - Created and debugged autonomous and TeleOp code for the robot using Blockly. - Researched efficient solutions to various hurdles we faced and provided alternative methods for building the robot to perform tasks.- Worked alongside team members to build a fully functional robot in less than a month despite lacking sufficient resources.- Recorded and documented parts of the engineering process in an engineering notebook. Included detailed designs, images, programs, ideas and challenges and created a 40+ page team engineering notebook. Also took pictures and videos of the design process.- Contributed positively to the building section of the robot.

- Developed, designed and debugged mobile application compatible on both Android and iOS devices using Thunkable X for startup competition.- Researched and implemented efficient alternatives to develop the mobile application, NotAlone, within a constrained time frame of two weeks.- Investigated and compiled important data and statistics to demonstrate the urgency of the issue in preparation for our startup pitch event.- My team won the Most Impactful App Award out of 21 teams. Mobile application layout and structure was highly commended by the judges at the Regional Pitch Competition.
