My name is Afolayan Ifeoluwa Olawumi, an undergraduate student of the prestigious university Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, located in Nigeria. Currently studying Quantity Surveying. I have experience as a customer care representative where at my formal place of work I was part of the customer care representative team where I helped people register their Sims, port their Sims, and also solve their networking problems. I also have an experience in data entry. My top skills are leadership skill, problem-solving, effective time management, giving attention to details, grit, and resourcefulness. I had an intensive training program on a virtual assistant with ALX and during the program, I learned a lot of things like how to manage a client's calendar, use Slack, use Google Workspace like Google Docs, Google sheet for data entry and Google form for surveys to solve clients problem, and also researching skills, I am currently looking for a virtual assistant job where I get to put into action the experience I have as a virtual assistant.
