Project: 120m3 of Waste Water Treatment Plant for Sime Darby Oils Biodiesel - Involve in the tendering process including process selection and process design, calculations, equipment calculation and selection, pipe sizing, new technology implementations, power and cost consumption, preliminary equipment load list calculations, costing calculations and preparation of proposals and tender documents of water and Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects.- Perform weekly final discharge monitoring for WWTP and prepare a monthly monitoring report to meet the standard requirement compliance with the Department of Environment (DOE).- Prepare and submit monthly Online Environmental Report (OER) for WWTP to DOE via OER website.- Prepare the documentations of Written Notification of DOE Schedule 2 and Written Declaration of DOE Schedule 3 for WWTP projects.- Carry out the Industrial Effluent Characteristic Study (IECS) to determine the characteristic of the Industrial Effluent discharged from the premise in term of quantity and quality subjected to the requirements stipulated Environmental Quality Act, 1974.- Prepare engineering drawing such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), shop drawing and layout drawing using computer aided system CAD.- Involve in the certification of ISO 9001 (2015), 14001 (2015) and 18001 (2007) for the Design and Build of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems such as documents preparation, methodology and procedures and planning and execution.
