Interior Designer
Current• Lead and manage interior design projects for Tealive and Baskbear, ensuring they are completedon time, within scope, and within budget.• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution,monitoring, and closing.• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, gather measurements, and understand thespatial and functional needs of the client.• Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D renderings to illustrate design ideas and solutions.• Prepare tender documents, including specifications and cost estimates.• Evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with design requirements andbudget constraints.• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamlessproject execution.• Supervise construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications andquality standards.
