I am a passionate researcher, completed my PhD from Cellular Biophysics Lab, Bioscience and Bioengineering Department, IIT Bombay. My research was based on bioactive hydrogels for wound healing applications. I have expertise on fibroblasts isolation from human skin samples and cell culture techniques. Moreover, I am a proficient researcher in molecular biology methodologies including primary cell RNA isolation, quantification, RT- PCR, WB, ELISA and gelatin zymography. I have also learned biophysical techniques such as Fluorescence microscopy, Cryo FEG- SEM, basics of NMR, FTIR and AFM analysis. During my PhD, I have published 5 research articles and also filed 2 patents. Additionally, I am well trained in scientific writing and communication skills.Currently, I am working in Biocon Biologics as Associate Scientist Manager.
