Responsible for visually inspecting raw materials to ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications set by the company, resulting in a daily defect rate of 2%Conduct daily GMP monitoring and inspection in the working environment for positive customer experience.Conduct detailed checks on the appearance, dimensions, functionality and other relevant characteristics of products, resulting in a daily defect rate of 0.5%.Prepare and collect samples of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods in accordance with the sampling plan.Maintain documentation of monitoring results and any deviations from standards and work closely with the production team to address issues promptly.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to food safety, sanitation and quality control during all production phases.Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, or deviations from standards during production and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Effectively communicate inspection findings, quality issues, and corrective actions to QC supervisors.
