I worked closely with the Chief of Party, the Deputy Chief of Party, the technical program implementation teams, and monitoring & evaluation teams. Successes include (but not limited to), the establishment of quarterly virtual discussion sessions between program management and all employees from the field offices (including the remote chars and deep haor employees) for bridging the gaps between the two, led the process of publishing the bilingual program website (In Bangla and in English), systemic generation of communication materials, including special activity highlights and monthly newsletters (in both Bangla and in English) outlining the key program highlights from the program areas, and systemic weekly and monthly progress tracking practice. As a part of a Temporary Duty (TDY) assignment, I was responsible for generating cross-country learning documents for CARE's Patsy Collins Trust Fund Initiative (PCTFI) projects. The Patsy Collins Trust Fund Initiative uses action research to develop tailored models to address barriers to education, retention, and learning for extremely marginalized adolescent girls. PCTFI operational areas include: Rwanda, Mali, Nepal, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
