Currently, I collaborate as an individual observer member at mlcommons.org, engaging with High-Performance Computing (HPC), Datasets, and Train/Inference/Storage groups to enhance machine learning standards and practices.I have a B.Eng in Financial Engineering (where I've focused to Computational Finance), an M.Sc in Data Science (with strong focus on scientific computing), and more recently a Candidate to a PhD in Engineering Sciences on the AI & Distributed Evolutionary Computation focus.I am passionate about leveraging Rust programming for data-intensive applications, particularly in quantitative modeling. My current projects include:Atelier: A computational framework/engine designed for market microstructure high-frequency modeling, synthetic simulation, and historical market reconstruction/replay.Magnetise: A Rust library that assesses the similarity between SQL queries, providing tools for better query optimization and analysis.Molina: An innovative tool, with a Rust engine and a Python Wrapper, that employs an agentic approach to facilitate interaction through research-related questions, generating responses solely based on an academic paper knowledge base provided by the user.With activities in the industry now encouraged during my PhD program, I am officially open to positions related to applied research and engineering in DeFi.
