Currently oversee the HR department for the group to include Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. I am responsible for the implementation and periodic review of the PMS based on changing business needs. Responsible for Talent attraction in line with designed manpower plans and also talent retention strategies to minimize staff turnover.Manage and drive the Outsourcing Business Unit. Manage outsourced accounts and personnel in both Nigeria and Ghana and oversee payroll administration and welfare in line with labor laws.

Directed a broad range of HR functions including payroll administration (140+ employees) in 18 branch offices nationwide; benefits plan enrollment and administration, employee recruitment, performance management, Hr policy development, employee screening/orientation, and staff development programs nationwide.Managed the business operations and provided a support for employees to function effectively by short/long-range planning and effective allocation of resources, coordinating organizational relationships, information management and general office administration.Key Results: Developed and implemented a new company-wide employee handbook with new policies introduced to address disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, benefits, etc. Conducted interview and selection processes successfully in partnership with line management. Improved rate of attendance and punctuality by 40% by introducing the punch-in system. Introduced company’s first performance review program with the use of Bi Annual Appraisals and a Progressive Development Plan system for employees who needed extra support to achieve their objectives.  Initiated and implemented financial software for information management and reporting in the admin department as MS excel became inadequate to support the growth of the company’s information.  Institutionalized daily training sessions with the use of HBR and leadership materials for staff.

 Prepared work schedules for workers (deduced from their Work Breakdown Structure)on site and carried out evaluation on the work schedules at the end of each period Assisted in developing a personnel manual with Senior Management to institute an orderly and problem-free environment. Monitored site allocation processes and carried out inventory control practices Analyzed the financial statements periodically to ascertain trends and help facilitate decision-making in the area of operations and investments.
