I design training material such as business case and role play simulation.Responsible to ensure the program runs effectively as Vice Presidents competencies requirement at BRI.● Leadership Managerial Program ● March - June 2018 ● Pertamina CompanyThis training was intended for 3 positions : - Effective Individual Work for Staff position - Junior Manager/ Supervisory Leadership - Senior Manager/ Functional Manager Leadership In this project, I was responsible for the whole program from material preparation, delivering the training, and evaluating effectiveness training.
