-Managed the confectionery category, which mainly included candies, jellies, and chocolates, along with the SBM and BM. The category accounted for 24% of the total revenue.-Closely collaborated with the NPD team for launching new products such as Fresh up IceMint, Jiggles XL, Choran Chatni - Kacha Aam & Choco 4 Peanut.-Worked with creative agencies to revamp the packaging for Choco 4 Rs.10 & Candies Portfolio. -Consistently worked on cost-saving initiatives to enhance brand CM and Gross Profit by coordinating with the IRD team.-Worked with various trade channels to increase brand visibility and sales.-Planned and coordinated with partner agencies for BTL, PR, branding, marketing collateral, product packaging, and digital campaigns.-Analyzed reports for brand performance, prepared brand/trade marketing presentations, and monitored competitive brands strictly.
