-Responsible for primary’s data collection, ABLLS, behaviour management strategies, programs and self-care.-Effectively lead group sessions using ABA principles for clients in both small and large groups. Clients range from early to intermediate and advanced learners.-Provide IBI to clients in a one on one setting and in groups. -Effectively use ABLLS or VB MAPP to collect information on client progress.-With the support of the Senior Autism Consultant, develop programs for primary client, suited for their needs.-Efficient at recording data analysis.-Employ effective behaviour management strategies by using the appropriate reinforcement strategies. -Supported team members during a Functional Assessment. -Create a positive environment during leisure activities, and assist clients in their social skills development. -Promote client independence by effectively teaching clients to use different communication strategies i.e PECS, Assistive Technology devices or ASL.-Attend regular meetings with Senior Autism Consultants and Instructor Therapists to discuss client progress, and future strategicapproach.
