Having been incorporated in 1951. Karachi University is one of the oldest and biggest University of in the country (Pakistan). It comprises eight faculties with which all the colleges of the city are affiliated B.S, M.S, M. Phil and PhD classes under five of these faculties Arts, Science, Pharmacy, Commerce and Islamic Learning are conducted on the campus, while under the Faculties of Medicine, law and Education it examines the students admitted to their affiliated colleges. Research programmers leading to M. Phil and PhD Degree are offered under all the faculties.I joined the institution as a Lecturer and my job description are as follows:• Principle of Management, Money & Banking, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Business and International Business Management subjects teach to undergraduate, graduate and Post-Master students.• Working as a course supervisor (teaching) preparation and conducting a paper of final & mid terms exams of pertaining/related subjects.• Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, seminars, field assignments and independent or group projects.• Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.• Working as an Exam Invigilator conducted in department (University).• Conduct Invigilation in entry tests exam.• Working as an Organizer of Seminars & Conferences conducted by University.• Working as a coordinator of student affairs.• Checking exam papers of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Classes.• Provide individualized tutorial instructions supervise independent or group projects, field placement, grade examinations and reports.• Advise students on course, academic matters and career decisions.• Prepare mark tests and papers to evaluate students’ progress.
