· Prepare reports for day to day results and present them in weekly review meetings of both the company and client.· Maintaining good standards of housekeeping.· Pre - Commissioning & commissioning activity in Air-Compressor, Close Drain system, Open Drain System, LP Recovery Package, Vertical Pump, Positive Displacement Pump, Fin-Fan Cooler & Vessels.· Lube oil flushing activity, Dryer filter & Lube oil filter Inspection, Pump alignment & start up activity of Air-Compressor.· Motor run test of Vertical Pump & check all parameters like Temperature, Vibration, RPM & Noise level as per Commissioning Procedure.· Inspection of Air fin fan cooler. (Blade angel, Tip Clearance & Belt Tightening)· Review data sheets, P&ID & Documentation work· Pump inspection and flange alignment to be check as per procedure.

· Witness of leak testing and pneumatic testing.· Check the pipe support as per the isometric drawings and fit up as well as dimensions.· Clear the punch list as per client requirement and P&ID’s.· Review data sheet, P&ID & Documentation work · Piping positive Isolation as per P&ID mark up · Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.· Planning and executing of the work, to achieve the target as planned.· Carried out PM (Preventive Maintenance) predictive maintenance break down & Corrective maintenance.· Repair, overhaul trouble shooting of all static & rotating equipment’s.· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly preventive maintenance reports.· Shutdown activity (re installation, dismantling & commissioning)
