  During this immersive internship, I delved into the intricacies of knit textile manufacturing, aligning with my interests in washing, printing, and product development.Responsibilities:• Analyze the organizational structure, workforce management system, organogram, manpower administration, and production planning processes, delineating the roles and responsibilities of key personnel.• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of machinery specifications, operational processes, quantity of equipment, and layout of various sections within the industrial facility.• Evaluate raw material types, pricing, sources, and annual consumption to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement strategies.• Observe and document pre-production and production planning procedures, including sequence of operations, production parameters, process flowcharts, recipes, and monthly efficiency metrics.• Assess the quality assurance system, protocols, and adherence to established quality standards to maintain product excellence.• Examine machinery maintenance routines, schedules, and allocated manpower resources for efficient upkeep and minimal downtime.• Investigate utility facility services, availability, and sources to ensure uninterrupted operations and identify potential improvements.• Conduct product costing analyses and evaluate pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.• Scrutinize marketing activities, consumer demographics, packaging specifications, labeling requirements, target markets, importing countries, and marketing strategies for potential optimization.• Assist in fabric sample development, optimization through physical and chemical testing, drafting product specifications, and categorizing samples for efficient organization and retrieval.
