Senior Associate, Payment & Operational Risk
Current- Lead the development and implementation of operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures- Design and execute risk control self-assessment programs to assess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areas for improvement- Conduct risk assessments to identify and assess operational risks inherent in business processes, systems and activities- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while managing associated risks- Monitor key risk indicators and assess emerging risks to proactively identify potential issues and trends- Collaborate with business functions and support them to enhance risk awareness, promote a risk culture, and embed risk management principles into daily operations- Support the development and delivery of operational risk training programs- Stay informed about regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risks in the financial services, and assess potential impact to the company
