Supported various departments (General banking, Credit, and FOREX department) to gain a comprehensive understanding of bank functions and management. Collaborated with senior staff to support loan processing, evaluating credit applications, and conducting risk assessments.My contributions to all the departments are given by the following:1. Delivering chequebooks, bank statements, bank solvency certificates, tax certificates, debit cards, debit card pins, and account opening forms. 2. Organizing chequebooks, preparing account opening forms for individual and business clients, and, filing important documents at the end of working hours.3. Destroying chequebooks of the clients4. Updated and verified the information of clients in TP (Transaction Profile), KYC (Know Your Client), CRM on Trust Bank intraweb, SBS-2 and Annexure-2 forms.5. Guided clients to various departments as per clients' requirements.6. Verified cheque payments, coupons and updated information on the Bangladesh Sanchayapatra server.7. Scanned, and recorded the number of inward and outward cheques and their amounts in the clearing department.8. Tracking the expense of our branch and archiving the receipt for future evidence in FCAD (Financial Control Accounts Department).9. Data entry matching the amount of cash received and cash payment of the bank.10. Updated Challan of passport registration payment.11. Checking accounts and identifying the client loans affiliated with our bank branch.12. Made a CIB inquiry through the head office of Trust Bank to the Bangladesh Bank.13. Request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the main office and any associatedbranches.14. Organizing the LC (Letter of Credit) files in the appropriate places.15. Identified the export and import LC of the companies which were pending on MS Excel.
