• Administrating , Manage both Stock Exchange & back Office Software.• Maintaining Online Trading System both stock exchange.• Managing total networking system LAN & WAN of ISL, more than 150 computers, 15 branches which located various locations of Bangladesh.• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems.• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines• Manage and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, implement Internal Systems and direct junior Innovators when necessary.• Liaise with Hardware & Software vendors for procurement & support. Ensure Vendor Service Level Agreements.• Manage the overall function to meet any service level agreements with budgetary constraints.• Analyze new technology and provide advisory support for future systems procurement.• Responsible for management, maintenance and administration of all the IT equipment properly in use.• Maintenance of an up-to-date ICT equipment Inventory and ICT Asset.• Maintenance and modification of company's website.• Ensure issues, problems, incidents and risks are logged and managed effectively by support team• Monitoring of the network connection on a daily basis to ensure a stable and responsive network environment.• Systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery plans are run in line with the highest levels of standards.• Accurate reporting on IT Operations to the top management.• Monitor IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology, train staff about potential use of existing technology.• Take preventive measures against computer viruses, increase awareness among users about viruses and assist them in taking virus protection measures. •• Maintaining Youtube channel of company.• Video Recording and video editing for youtube channel.• Social Media Marketing of Company through various Social Media.
