Joining the organisation as a junior instructor, I was first appointed as Chief Ground Instructor after implementing the school's first theoretical knowledge training program. After gaining further flight instructional experience and working closely with Heads of Training in safety promotion and standardisation, I was further promoted to the role of Chief Flight Instructor.
