Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate with Vessel Central Planning department. Ø Creating correct working plans and master plans in accordance with the lines instructions and finalizing the pre-loading plan with vessels Chief Officer or Cargo Officer. Ø Advising the yard planners for the schedule crane program in order to shift and re-arrange containers prior to the vessel berthing. Ø Co-ordinate with superintendent and Shift managers for getting more productivity. Ø Finish vessel operation in less hours & productivity before vessel’s exact time of departure. Ø Capable to handle more than three or four vessels. Ø Any discrepancies between Discharge Bay Plan and Discharge List shall be reported on the container Discrepancy Report Form . Ø Give more priority for deadline vessels; coordinate with duty Shift Manager & Duty Superintendent. Ø Familiar with vessel operation cargo loading / discharging as per cargo plan. Ø Making the plan according to Stowage, Special Stowage, Reefer and IMDG boxes on right position According weight, also keep the stack weight not to be increased. Ø Checking the ROB boxes and then adjusting the agent giving plan. Ø Updating all discharging plan in the system SPARCS(Synchronous Planning And Real time Control System) Ø Sending all discrepancy to agent as required. Ø Provide loading plan, update crane sequence in our SPARCS. Ø Keep touch with Quay side, Mt yard, yard planner and Agents while operation going on Ø Reporting break down and incidents to Workshop Manager and follow up for fast repair. Ø Handled (Receiving & delivering) all RORO (Role on Role off) import, export, and transshipment units as well as in charge of Weight Bridge. Ø Daily vessel reports.(Making, Updating) Ø Communicating with agents and consignee's for loading and discharging containers. Ø Handled all kinds of cargo – hazardous, reefer and dry. Ø Using the CTMS (Container Terminal Management System) to feeding the Vessels & Container information.
