Managed all aspects of daily vendor performance including PO management, order cycle time, receiving problems and outbound logistics needs.Worked with WW Planning, Sales and New Product Operations teams to set launch quantities, ensure smooth product transitions and reduce risk of obsolescence for inventory. Developed the new product introduction checklist used when transitioning or releasing new iPods.Develop processes to standardize daily vendor relationship and control electronic data between OEM and Apple which have improved billings velocity, maintained system accuracy, and ensure correct supply mix.Increased customer quote fulfillment from 94% to 99.9% on time availability.
