After having worked for 19 years in a Garment Export Company,I started the current Agency in March 2007.I source -Woven and Knit Garments - including childrens garments and Jeans.Fabrics - which include sarongs, capulanas, scarves.Leather and Leather productsCanvas shoes -apart from leather shoes and chappals / flip flops Made ups - bed spreads, cushions, cushions coversStuffed ToysTowels / NapkinsBags - both fancy and shopping - paper and clothService offered is - right from sourcing / sampling to delivery of bulk shipment.- Have set up a good network of suppliers, manufacturers and service providers.- Give feedback on new developments, products and styles to the Buyers for further developments from their side.- Monitor the entire process from sampling, WIP,raw material movement and quality, in-line production ,and final inspections.- Work with the factories in design and development, help them in trouble shooting the problems which occur in this industry.- Give feedback to the Buyers on the existing problems, and anticipated problems from the production / delivery side. And work along with them to sort out these problems.- Maintain a daily / weekly reporting system, so that all are aware of the WIP, problems, and delivery dates. - Arrange for third party inspections, where ever required.- Give Logistics and documentation guidance and support -both to the Buyers as well as the factories.- Making sure that the SOP and manuals are followed by all concerned.I have excellent sources for all the above products and more.Looking forward to add new products under the sourcing capacity.I am looking for New Buyers , New Clients , or just NewOpportunities.Open for discussions.Interested in taking up consultancy works too - relating to Import / Export / Licences / Customs /JDGFT etc..
