My duties were to carry out an environmental baseline audit according to the environmentalamanagement systems(EMS) on energy, waste and water for the university main campus and one of the halls of residence. Basically the environmental audit is part of the university's routine to ensure a sustainable environment and further reduce their carbon foot print. Working as part of a team but solely on my own . The environmental audit was carried out according to ISO 14001 standards and included mapping of colour coded bins and drains around the university. On conclusion I wrote an audit report from findings. The report included risk assessment, action plans and realistic targets for a greener environment.

Working as an estate surveyor and valuer , I sold and let properties on behalf of our principals " the Landlords" to prospective buyers and tenants. Carried out corrective breakdown maintenance check on all the properties under the company's care. Coordinated a five man team assigning them to various duties such as: sourcing for properties, going on field trips for compensation( on behalf of the villagers or companies ) and amsinistrative duties. Rotating their duties weekly to reduce work monotony and give them opportunity to experience various roles. I collated results from compensations , carried out calculations of compensations to be carried out and wrote compensation reports. I also carried out property valuation and offered a forecast advice to prospective property developers.Writing proposal letters and contacting large companies and business ventures to let or sell their properties.

As an estate agent I let business premises on behalf of the state government to prospective tenants, wrote rent reminder letters and quit notices. My duties also included general administrative jobs such as documenting day to day activities in the computer, compiling tenancy agreement, receiving calls, returning calls and customer assistance.
