CurrentWith three locations in New Jersey, Alliance specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, pre-conception infertility, and minimally invasive surgery. One of the few OB/GYN private practices in the area, Alliance offers services that serve women in all stages of life, including onsite ultrasound and lab, and ASC.Duties include, but are not limited to: Business/Programmatic Planning: Assist the Medical Director in mapping out goals, projects, areas of concern, and potential growth for each quarter including financial analysis and projecting for the private practice. Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee revenue cycle processes for both in-office and offsite operations.Act as a liaison between the Practice Managers, providers, and team members to implement the goals and vision of the Medical Director. Manage an active, ongoing process of improving patient satisfaction that is specific and measurable.Practice Efficiency: Actively reviewing areas of opportunity to reduce overhead and streamline processes with higher clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction in mind. Working closely with the Medical Director regarding the state of relevant technology, identifying avenues for increased revenue and reimbursement for services and continued development of referral network.Collaborating with the Medical Director, and department managers/leads to plan, strategize and develop policies and procedures to maximize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and efficient workflows that match the goals of the practice. Technology Integration: Lead on all technology integration including but not limited to; EHR transitions, all office technology and digital processes. Marketing: Liason with outsourced Marketing teams and analyzation of data-SEO, Webmaster, Social Media, Print, Radio Ads, Google Ads, Landing Pages.Training: Staff and Provider Training/onboarding and New systems trainingNew Business ProcurementRecruitment and Hiring
