- monitor spare parts stock levels, min/max- ensure the buying prices and goods corresponds to the order- coordinate and track delivery of parts- maintain accurate records in WMS (OASIS and EAM INFOR) databases- audit of spare parts inventory- collaborate with internal departments on critical spare parts selections- resolve any arising issues or delays in spare parts delivery and external maintenance services- optimalization of spare parts inventory- create spare parts and maintenance services order requisitions in cloud-based business spend management platform COUPA- implement of new ERP system EAM INFOR- provide consistent reporting to higher-level management- maintenance supervisor responsible for stamping machines

- implement and oversee TPM strategy within the plant - plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to optimize machine operational efficiency- create, update and coordination of TPM instructions and checklists- develop preventative and predictive maintenance schedules- implement maintenance preventive and predictive schedule to the production- integrate TPM with other departments - audit PM process- train operators in terms of TPM metology- implement visual standards and checklists at machines- implement of new ERP system EAM INFOR- maintain and manage the work order database system and generate necessary KPIs reports: machine downtimes, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, etc.- organize and maintain documents: training materials, machine documentations, TPM checklists, etc.
