Igor is a strategic thinker, creative director and most of all, a visionary for user-centered online experiences in an ever-changing industry.Igor got his start early on as a designer in Berlin for the likes of Cartier and Mercedes-Benz – but he quickly jumped into computer design. As the first full-time artist at Berkeley Systems, Igor led the creative efforts for all the design and animation for the After Dark Series - the screen saver that made computers captivating for the first time. Igor built up Berkeley’s department to a full capacity studio that turned out screen savers for Disney, Star Trek and the Simpsons, to name a few. Then, when CD-ROMs were hitting big, Igor initiated and produced the game YOU DON’T KNOW JACK, winning every major industry award. And when the Internet was just catching on, Igor headed up efforts to take JACK online, creating one of the first huge successes in integrating TV-like entertainment with online content.For the past six years, Igor has built an impressive portfolio in Internet strategy, design and development, helping both Global 2000 clients and small start-ups harness the extraordinary possibilities of the Internet. In the summer of 2008, Igor launched his own digital marketing company, Boldium. Boldium specializes in utilizing the Internet to help companies better understand their target audiences, and then using this knowledge to design and build bold online experiences that extend and deepen brand communication. Utilizing emerging rich media and social media technologies (screencasts, slideshows, videos, communities, blogs, etc.) Boldium delivers highly successful – and measurable - online experiences.
