As the Asset A220 Programme Manager, I'm responsible for securing the financial and operational performance on the A220 programme on the inventory department - FHS:• Defining the Capital Expenditure and Operational Expenditure for the A220 in the Sales & Operational Plan process for the years to come.• Monitor the use of the CapEx and Opex and launch adequate actions to return on track.• Prepare the induction of new contracts by building the investment plan.• Monitor the shelf availability performance and drumbeat the FHS stakeholders, to be able to return in a cost effective manner to target.• Coordinate surplus management for the A220.• Attend technical publication meetings to decide the launch of retrofit campaigns.
