• Accounts/relationship management• Performing periodic meetings with customers/partners on all support issues like service delivery, service failures and improvements• Serving as the main customers/partners interface and responsible for motorola support services•Responsible for escalations management.•Initiating and signing on of service centres (MASCs) within the region.•Working with local sales and marketing team to develop innovative service solutions for key customers•Working with local key customers to enhance motorola sales and brand proposition through the provision of quality service•Co-ordinate activities with sales organisations, market channel and customer service managers to ensure service policies compliment sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.•Provide commercial and business support to other relevant groups’ within motorola•Branding and marketing of service and service progams •Developing customer care/after sales service programs
