Developed a supervised machine learning algorithm that predicts what personalized emails should be sent to each user to drive him to the target website. ROC AUC score 0.88. Prototyped, implemented, deployed and tested machine learning algorithm that helped to prioritize outbound phone traffic, improving conversion through phone calls by 80%.

Utilized combination of signal processing, statistics, supervised and unsupervised machine learning to improve home appliance signature detection F1 score from 0.62 to 0.84. Was responsible for the entire software development cycle, from prototyping the algorithm to production deployment.

Academic Experience:Applied regression models(Linear regression, Random Forest) to a Hubbard model to predict values of the antiferromagnetic structure factor in the region affected by a sign problem. Analyzed large datasets of multiple variables measurements in high dimensional space.Data wrangling: proficient with getting and parsing data with SQL. Data visualization: proficient with visualizing data using Python(seaborn, matplotlib). Developed, implemented and debugged Continuous Monte Carlo code, making extensive use of programming in Java and Python. Experience in applying mathematical models to collected and simulated data, taking into account physical nature of the underlying problem. Applied computational mechanics methods to study dynamical systems of strongly correlated electrons in collaboration with the information theory group at UC Davis.International Collaboration with members from France, Australia, Singapore.
